
Here is an outline of the numerous functions included in the housecontroller:
Heating thermostat
- Automatic temporary closure in case of an open window.
- Boiler temperature reduction in case of all thermostats switch off, with automatic reactivation.
Lights
- Automatic switch off of lights due to sunlight or programmed settings.
Shutters/blinds
- Lowering lock in case of open window.
- Percentage programming (height/angle).
- Automatic lowering to protect windows in the event of rain – with automatic return to normal position.
- Automatic raising in case of fire or storm.
Awnings
- Automatic rising in case of rain, fire or strong wind
- Percentage programming.
Waterer
- Warning if watering system is off during draught.
- Automatic suspension by means of a pre-determined rainfall.
Alarm
- Direct joint control of doors and windows with passive or active surveillance.
- Simulation of presence in case of extended absence or holidays.
Others
- Possibility to determine the moment and duration of ventilator activation.
- Following a power cut, automatic return to previous settings, (retaining the possibility to switch off this function during the lack of electric current).
- Switch off the entire lighting/heating with a single switch.
- Audible signal or e-mail warns of: high winds, storm, start and end of rainfall, heat and cold.
- Entrance chiming in 3 different modes (audible, flashing light or both).
